Payment schedule

A 50% deposit of the rental amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.Un acompte de 50% du montant du loyer est dû au moment de la réservation. Le montant restant doit être payé à l'entrée dans les lieux .

Cancellation policy

100% of prepaid amounts are refundable for cancellations made 30 days or earlier prior to arrival

0% refundable for cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date.

Check-in and out

Check-in: 4:00 PM; Check-out: 12:00 PM. Flexible check-in times may be possible.

Security deposit

Security deposit equal to 30% of the rental amount is required to cover any potential damages. Paid by pre-authorization on a credit card (not debited), the security deposit will be fully refunded no later than seven days after departure, provided the property is in satisfactory condition upon check-out.

Prices and services

Our prices include:

- Accommodation for the number of people booked

- The amenities listed in the description on the homepage

-  Bed linen and towel

- Baby cot and high chair upon request

- Water, gas, and electricity charges, but not waste. We ask guests to turn off the air conditioners when they are away. Electric vehicle charging is not included.

- Final cleaning fee: €80. We ask guests to perform a light cleaning on the day of departure: Gather dirty laundry and trash, wash dishes, etc. The final cleaning fee includes cleaning the interior and exterior areas, linens, swimming pool, and spa.

Tourist tax: €1.00/day/adult
